DC Chapter Wine Cellar
The DC Chaîne wine cellar has been developed over many years and is maintained in a temperature/humidity controlled environment.
The cellar wines are utilized by the DC Chaîne to either provide to our members and their guests:
- An unusual or rare wine that has been maintained in the cellar for many years and
- The matching of specific wines with the wonderful food preparations of our chefs.
By maintaining our cellar, we hope to enhance the combined dining experience in maximizing the harmony of food and wine.
