Join the Bailliage of Greater Washington for a most exciting and delicious Chinese Imperial Banquet. Maitre Rotisseur and Master Chinese Chef Wen Jun Guo brings the elegance of Chinese Banquet Cuisine to the Washington, DC metro area.

The flavors are enhanced by the use of the very best ingredients coupled with deep culinary knowledge and attention to detail honed during his years as an iconic chef in China.
Working with Master Chinese chefs since the age of 14, Guo Wenjun not only mastered the Chinese culinary traditions, but continues to research the culinary techniques of masters around the world, as he fuses traditional Chinese culinary arts with an international perspective. His philosophy is to “use the excellent and discard the unwanted of the past,” Chef Guo is on the forefront of culinary innovation.
