Wine Cellar

The DC Chaîne’s wine cellar has been developed over many years and is maintained in a temperature/humidity controlled environment.

Wines from the cellar provide to our members and their guests:

• Unusual or rare wines that have matured in the cellar for many years, and

• Wines specifically matched to the wonderful food preparations of our chefs.

By maintaining our cellar, we strive to enhance the dining experience, maximizing the harmony of food and wine.
