Recently added to the Michelin Guide Washington, D.C., The Fish Shop quickly established itself as one of the city’s most compelling seafood destinations — a recognition that affirms both its precision and its point of view. We will gather in the restaurant’s private dining room for a bespoke menu created exclusively for La Chaîne by Chef Ria Montes.
Chef Ria brings a deft hand with spice and seasoning, layering flavor with remarkable balance and intention. Chef’s cooking reflects a global sensibility — vibrant, nuanced, and expressive — while remaining rooted in the pristine seafood of the Mid-Atlantic.
