There is a special thrill in discovering a new culinary gem, especially when the venue extends such a warm and enthusiastic welcome to our Bailliage. On Tuesday, October 6th, we invite you to an exclusive dinner at one of the District's most exciting new restaurants: Rosselli's.
Gathering in our own private dining room, this intimate evening will celebrate the absolute finest in high-end Italian gastronomy. Rosselli's is the latest triumph from renowned restaurateur Ashok Bajaj, who has tapped the immensely talented Chef Carlos Cardona to helm the kitchen. While Chef Cardona may be a new face in Washington, he arrives with a spectacular international pedigree, having previously earned an esteemed two Michelin stars during his tenure in Hong Kong.
To beautifully complement Chef Cardona’s bespoke menu, we are thrilled to be uncorking a curated selection of exceptional wines sourced directly from our Bailliage’s own private wine cellar. This marriage of masterful Italian cuisine, exclusive cellar selections, and the genuine, welcoming hospitality of the Rosselli's team promises an unforgettable evening of high gastronomy and camaraderie.
